In April 2025, LYROAD Machinery's innovative asphalt hot mix plant featuring integrated virgin-recycled technology completed shipment and installation in Thailand, marking a significant advancement in sustainable asphalt production across Southeast Asia. This state-of-the-art facility, which recently entered trial production phase, represents a breakthrough in environmental construction technology, offering efficient recycling of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) while maintaining superior mix quality standards.
On July 21, 2025, LYROAD Machinery successfully containerized a complete asphalt plant upgrade package at its Xuchang manufacturing facility, featuring a 40-ton capacity storage silo and advanced elevator specially designed for a Malaysia plant capacity expansion project. The customized asphalt plant upgrade components departed Qingdao Port on July 25, destined for Port Klang, with an estimated 20-day sea voyage to support growing infrastructure demands across Southeast Asia.
From July 11-14, 2025, LYROAD Machinery successfully containerized its advanced CMBQ120 super mobile asphalt plant across 11 containers at the Xuchang manufacturing facility for Dominican Republic deployment. This flagship mobile asphalt drum mix plant departed Qingdao Port on July 18, embarking on a 40-day maritime journey to Caucedo Port, where it will support major infrastructure projects including airports and highways across the Latin American market.
On July 7, 2025, LYROAD Machinery shipped two IAP40 integrated mobile asphalt plants from its Xuchang facility to Kazakhstan via 17.5-meter flatbed trailers, marking a significant milestone for mobile asphalt drum mix plant deployment in Central Asia. The portable asphalt plant units feature 40% smaller footprint and rapid deployment capabilities, supporting distributed infrastructure projects across the region with comprehensive service networks.
On the morning of June 17, the Xuchang manufacturing facility of ACE Group welcomed five distinguished visitors from Thailand. Their mission: to inspect the progress of their custom-built "virgin + recycled asphalt mixing plant" project. The plant, manufactured by LYROAD — a subsidiary of ACE Group — had successfully completed production and was undergoing final pre-shipment assembly. To underscore the importance of this partnership, ACE Group's General Manager, Mr. Li Ning, led the reception team in person, accompanied by Technical Director Mr. Zhou Shan and key account managers.
