Manufacture and Pre-Commissioning
In May 2023, a client from the Philippines contacted LYROAD Machinery with an inquiry about asphalt mixing plant solutions for their highway construction projects. After analyzing their requirements and production needs, we recommended the BAP80 Asphalt Batch Mix Plant, which perfectly suited their demand for high-quality asphalt mixture production. The manufacturing process commenced immediately and was completed in August 2023.
At the client's specific request, the complete pre-dispatch assembly and pre-commissioning of this batch mix asphalt plant were conducted in our factory in China prior to shipment. This approach allowed our technical team to thoroughly inspect all components and ensure optimal performance under controlled conditions. The pre-commissioning phase included, but was not limited to, rigorous testing of the twin-shaft paddle mixer, precise weighing systems, and the two-stage dust collecting system. The plant demonstrated excellent performance with high measurement accuracy for aggregates, fillers, and bitumen during these factory tests.

Shipment and Installation
Following successful factory testing, the BAP80 Asphalt Batch Mix Plant was carefully dismantled and prepared for shipping. The modular containerized structure of this batch mix plant significantly simplified the logistics process. The plant was dispatched to the Philippines in September 2023, with all components properly secured to prevent damage during transportation.

The installation of the BAP80 Asphalt Batch Mix Plant officially commenced in November 2023 at the client's site in the Philippines. Thanks to the comprehensive pre-commissioning process in China, the on-site installation proceeded smoothly. Each component of the asphalt batch plant was carefully positioned and assembled according to the installation plan. Our technical team worked closely with the client to ensure all systems were properly reconnected, from the cold feeders to the control system. The client was particularly impressed by the plant's modular containerized structure, precise batching system, and versatile production capabilities.

The entire process from inquiry to commercial operation was completed within 7 months, demonstrating LYROAD Machinery's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. The client expressed high satisfaction regarding: precise weighing and aggregate batching, high-quality finished asphalt mixture, and intelligent PLC control system of this advanced batch mix asphalt plant.
Business Operation and Current Condition
The BAP80 Asphalt Batch Mix Plant has been operating successfully in the Philippines since January 2024. According to the client, the plant delivers consistent 80t/h production capacity with excellent mix quality, thanks to its precise weighing systems and efficient twin-shaft mixer. They particularly value the plant's dust collecting system that maintains emissions below 20mg/μm³. The client also mentioned that the plant's versatility has proven to be a significant advantage, allowing them to produce various types of asphalt mixtures including HMA, SMA, and AC for different road projects across the Philippines.

A specialized team from ACE Group recently conducted an in-depth technical review at the BAP80 asphalt mixing plant project site in the Philippines. The BAP80 asphalt plant, with a designed capacity of 80 tons per hour, has been instrumental in local high-grade road construction since its installation in 2023. Our engineers performed a comprehensive inspection of the equipment’s core systems, meticulously checking key parameters like thermal efficiency, mixing uniformity, and weighing accuracy. They also provided targeted maintenance recommendations for the high-temperature, high-humidity environment and conducted on-site operational skills training to enhance the local team’s emergency response capabilities.




The project client’s representative confirmed that the BAP80 has maintained production efficiency above design standards for over a year, with raw material consumption rates below the industry average. Its precise batching control provides reliable assurance for high-grade pavement construction.
