From June 12-15, 2025, LYROAD Machinery's advanced ALB1500 asphalt mixing plant was containerized at ACE Group's Quanzhou manufacturing base. The shipment, comprising 14 containers, departed Xiamen Port for Aden Port, Yemen, with arrival expected mid-July.
The ALB1500 is a high-end stationary hot mix plant featuring precise weighing and multi-deck screening. Custom-designed for Yemen's high-temperature highway construction, it offers a rated output of 120 t/h, incorporates RAP recycling technology, and meets stringent local environmental standards.
Deepening Presence in the Arab Market
Yemen remains a strategic focus for LYROAD in the Middle East. The company has delivered multiple units, including the YLB1500 mobile asphalt plant, to major Yemeni cities, earning strong recognition for flexibility and adaptability. LYROAD's installed base continues to grow, solidifying its position as a trusted Chinese brand.
Beyond Yemen, LYROAD has made significant progress in Saudi Arabia, exporting core models like BAP160, LB3000, and YLB1500 for highways, industrial parks, and municipal projects. High-spec ALB series blacktop making machines have effectively met demanding, continuous production needs. Notably, parent company ACE Group showcased China's roadbuilding solutions at Saudi Build Expo 2023, strengthening technical cooperation and brand trust in the region.

To better serve Arab clients, LYROAD established a Middle East technical support center with an Arabic-speaking, engineering-proficient local team. This ensures long-term operational support, maintenance, and training, enhancing equipment experience and project efficiency.

These visits focused on in-depth exchanges covering key topics such as RAP (asphalt recycling) technology, eco-friendly dust control systems, and equipment configurations specifically optimized for extreme heat.
