LYROAD Machinery Launched Internal Audit on Quality Control

July 25, 2017 As a domestic leading and world-famous asphalt plant manufacturer, LYROAD Machinery always attaches great importance on QA /QC. Recently, LYROAD Machinery launched a internal audit campaign on quality control. Production Dept., Technical (R&D) Dept., After-sale Service Dept., Domestic Sales Dept., and International Business Dept. formed an Examination Team and held several meetings.

Firstly, Sales Department (both domestic and international) gave a report on the flaws, faults and defects about our products as well as a conclusion of customers feedback in the first half of 2017.
Secondly, Technical Dept. and Production Dept. analyzed such problems and made solutions. Meanwhile, Sales Dept.

Thirdly, Sales Dept. Introduced the international and domestic market trends on asphalt mix plant, and asked for update and improvement on the existing products. Technical Dept.and Production Dept. reached a proposal on product improvement. Fourthly, all Departments involved reached an conclusion on quick services.

During these meetings, the Examination Team went through the whole production flow, including procurement inventory, design office, production workshops, loading and transportation yard and after-sale service center. The Examination Team listened feedback from workers and gave them instructions.
