On Aug 18, 2014, there are LB1500(capacity 120t/h) asphalt mixing plant shipped to Thailand, this is our second asphalt mixing plant order with a same customer. This time they choose the romantic pink and purple color.

As for this LB1500 asphalt mixing plant, we change the direction of drying drum and cold aggregate bins in our drawing to meet customers request. Besides, we choose the RM1500 coal burner, baghouse filter, electrical heating bitumen system etc for them. At first we use the red door for control room, but before the shipping we change it to be white one according to customer’s opinion.

Likewise our first asphalt plant delivery, we pay more attention to every details. Such as protect each motor, gear carefully, post the caution label for small parts inside, add the lifting tools, etc. And when we arrange the export documents we will also make a detail package list within each container for our customer.

We are arranging the install issue now, two or three engineer will come to Thailand to help them.
