Manufacture and Shipment
In early 2022, a client from Niger contacted LYROAD Machinery for an asphalt mixing plant solution. After thorough communication about their project requirements, we recommended the IAP60 Super-mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant, which perfectly matched their needs for high mobility and quick installation. The manufacturing process was completed in March 2022, and the plant was dispatched to Niger in April 2022. The client was particularly impressed by the plant's modular design, low transportation cost and its zero-foundation requirement.


Installation and Commissioning
The installation of the IAP60 Super-mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant officially commenced in August 2022. Thanks to its innovative design, the installation process was remarkably fast and efficient. The plant's unique feature of being integrated into a single mobile unit significantly reduced the installation time and labor requirements. Our technical team completed the installation and commissioning within a short period, and the plant was ready for trial operation by September 2022.


The entire process from order placement to commercial operation was completed within 5 months, demonstrating LYROAD Machinery's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. The client expressed high satisfaction regarding: overall movement in 1 mobile unit, efficiency of fuel consumption, and production capacity.
