Same as our first order, we designed a professional CAD drawing according to his request at first, then re-design and manufactured this QLB-80 asphalt plant. This time he want two sets cold aggregate supply system, bag-house filter, thermal oil heating bitumen, etc.

This QLB-80 in strict accordance with the European Standards, all motor and speed reducer are Nord or ABB. All bearing is SKF, and sensor is TOLEDO. IngersoII Rand air compressor. Schneider control switch , RIELLO Burner and so on.

All of our asphalt mixing plant can meet the European Standards, the CE certificate, this UK customer promised we will have a long time business relationship.
