The 14th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Minister) of the SCO Member States is hold in Zhengzhou from 14th-15th Nov, 2015. This meeting is aimed at exploring the current situation, expectation and development measures of the trading, investment, finance, transportation and cultural cooperation within the SCP organization. It has a significant meaning for increasing the SCO cooperation level in all fields and strengthening the relationship between China and member states.

As the host, Zhengzhou did a lot of work for this meeting. To welcome foreign guests, we plant colorful flowers along the streets; meanwhile parts of Zhengzhou roads are repaved and reconditioned. The roads are painted with signs and colors, which makes Zhengzhou beautiful and vivid. A city's appearance is her business card, and the road is the key part of city appearance. So adopting the latest asphalt mixing equipment becomes necessary, it's the foundation of an excellent road construction.
